What we are looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales, building and maintaining a strong customer base and achieving ambitious sales goals. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our growth and defining the direction of our sales efforts.

Note: This is a contracted role, with high commission rates and no base pay to start.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target key customer segments and meet revenue targets
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay current on industry trends and competitors
  • Analyze sales metrics and create reports to track progress and inform decision-making
